Space for parking several livestock trailers. Seating varies per event; theater seating can accommodate 500 to 3000. Bleacher seating for horse events Cat1 be set up for 200.
Assessments: The Ag Center is adjacent to, and often perceived to be a part of, Criswell Park. The facility is sponsored by the Walton County Cattlemen's Association and is used primarily for horse shows. livestock shows,
4-H, FFA, rodeo events and various assembly meetings.

The facility is booked for events by William Carlin, Walton County Extension Agent, and is maintained and set-up for events by the Parks and Recreation Department.

The meeting room and kitchen area is used for Bridal Showers, private parties, Cattleman's' Association, 4-H, FFA, Horse Club and Goat Club meetings. Church groups use it for youth rallies and church volleyball tournaments. Horse events promoters bring in bleacher seating for up to 200 people with a use able arena space of 130' x 85'.

Walton County uses the space for the county picnic and employees' luncheon; Walton county Schools holds it's "Back-to-School Kickoff' for 500 teachers and staff; and Walton EMC holds employees' rally for 3000. The facility has only 100 folding chairs so the user must provide any additional chairs. The outdoor riding arena is available for use by the public on a call and request basis and is used for spectator events 5 to 6 times per year.
