About American Legion Baseball
Since 1925, The American Legion has sponsored a nationwide youth baseball program. During these seven decades, millions of young players have enjoyed playing baseball. The American Legion and their 2.8 million members have raised millions of dollars each year for players to learn the importance of teamwork, discipline, leadership and good sportsmanship. The American Legion sponsors American Legion Baseball to give players an opportunity to develop their skills, personal fitness, leadership qualities and to have fun.

Registration Information 2013 Open Registration: April 28th 3:00 at Loganville American Legion Post 233 on highway 78 across from McDonalds Players can fill out Legion Try-Out Form and make a copy of their birth certificate and drivers license and get that to Chet Fowler at any time before tryouts, or bring it to the open registration. Players will not be allowed to tryout until we have the form, birth certificate and drivers license Player fee (tentative) $350 Tryouts: May 8th 7:00 9:00pm at Legion field, West Walton Age cut off for Juniors: They must be born after January 1st 1996 The season will begin in May and will go until the State tournament. That date has not been set, but last year it was the first week of August We will be playing a Legion schedule as well as tournaments, including a couple of showcase tournaments at colleges.
