DOCUMENT DESTRUCTION DAY 2013 WAS A HUGE SUCCESS!

We want to thank everyone involved in this very beneficial program. The Lindsay Group, including Mr. Jim Neu,

Walter Killings, and Jerome Taylor were instrumental in helping to organize, carry out and assist citizens with shredding

8,200 pounds of unwanted documents!! Nearly 4 times the amount from last year's event! Most of all, we thank the concerned citizens of Walton County for their help and interest in recycling and keeping a clean and beautiful Walton County! Keep it up.Walton!

We salute our Walton County Schools for making our paper recycling efforts a huge success!
Thanks to them a total of 137,193 pounds of paper was collected and kept out of area landfills.

First Place goes to Loganville High School for collecting 4,876.5 lbs.

Second Place is awarded to Carver Middle School for 4,273.5 lbs.

Third Place belongs to Loganville Christian Academy for a close 4,232.5 lbs.

Congratulations to the winners and a hearty Thank You to all schools participating in this valuable project!!
